Founded in 2016, our organization was born from a personal journey and a deep commitment to supporting underserved communities. Our founder immigrated to the U.S. and began building a career in the healthcare and homecare industry in 2003. Over the years, they witnessed firsthand how many people in need struggle to access essential care and resources, often not knowing where to start.
Motivated to make a difference, our founder established this nonprofit to help bridge those gaps—providing guidance, resources, and support so that individuals can navigate healthcare systems with confidence. Since our founding, we have been dedicated to breaking down barriers and creating pathways to care for those who need it most.
